Lead Educator & Founder

I'm Norbert Steczkowski — a pianist and educator passionate about both performance and teaching. After graduating with honours from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music, I discovered my true calling in education, helping students develop their own musical voice, confidence, and a deeper understanding of music.

With a foundation in classical music and a strong passion for jazz, I bring a balanced approach that combines technical precision, musical expression, and creative freedom. I encourage students to explore a range of styles, build well-rounded musicianship, and develop both strong technique and artistic individuality.

Career highlights include performing at the Royal Albert Hall with the Trinity Jazz Band, collaborating with a wide range of musicians, and sharing original compositions recognised in the UK and internationally. I further developed my versatility at BIMM London, specialising in Popular Music Performance.

Teaching remains at the core of my work, and I'm committed to creating a supportive, engaging learning environment that inspires a lasting passion for music in every student.

I'm Declan Rafton — a pianist and performer with over 10 years of experience in classical and jazz performance and theory.

I hold an Honours degree in Piano Performance from BIMM Institute of Music, where I refined my technique and developed a strong artistic voice.

Alongside teaching, I perform regularly across London as a solo pianist, ensemble musician, and choir accompanist. Active performance remains central to my work, ensuring my teaching stays practical, relevant, and rooted in real-world musicianship.

I specialise in blues, while also drawing inspiration from 70s rock, rock and roll, and jazz. With a strong classical foundation, I offer a well-rounded approach that blends technique, creativity, and musical expression.

I have taught students of all ages and abilities, tailoring lessons to individual goals and learning styles. My focus is on creating a supportive environment where students build confidence, develop solid technique, and grow musically.
