Our 10-year-old student
ABRSM Grade 3The Muppet Show Theme
A bright, joyful performance from one of our young Harrow students working through ABRSM Grade 3.
ABRSM · Harrow, HA2
Grade 1 to Grade 8 ABRSM preparation with conservatoire-trained teachers. Over 90% of our students pass with merit or distinction.

ABRSM is the most widely recognised music exam board in the UK, and the one most Harrow families ask us about. We prepare students for the full graded path, from Initial Grade through to Grade 8, as well as the Performance Grade for those who would rather not sit the supporting tests.
We enter students when they are genuinely ready, not when the calendar says so. That is the single biggest reason our pass results sit where they do.
Three pieces from the current syllabus, scales and arpeggios, sight-reading and aural tests, all worked on steadily through the year rather than crammed before the date.
ABRSM asks for Grade 5 theory (or practical musicianship) before the Grade 6 practical. We build the theory in alongside the playing so it never becomes a roadblock.
Pieces chosen from the current list to play to each student's strengths, so the exam shows them at their best rather than fighting an awkward fit.
Most students move up roughly a grade a year with consistent practice. We will give you an honest read of where you are at the trial.
We cover Initial Grade and Grades 1 to 8, plus the ABRSM Performance Grade. Lessons run at our Harrow studio (HA2), in your home across HA1 to HA8, or online.

Jackson Street Blues
Rohan's confident Grade 5 performance recorded at Piano with Norbert in Harrow. The blues language at Grade 5 demands feel as much as accuracy, and this one's got both.
Thirty minutes with a conservatoire-trained teacher. We will hear where you are and map out the path to your next grade.
